Might want to try the search function in upper right hand corner of this post. Could type in "coffee recipe".
To start out with maybe try this caramel vanilla coffee flavoring
One Stop Blends - Lotta Latte* - 30mL
There flavorings are very good. start with 10% and adjust up or down from there.
Also read my blogs as mentioned earlier so you know how to prepare a base correctly.
