Totally Twisted makes an extension of 3 lengths that fits between your PV and a drip tip called the Gooseneck. It's malleable like a gooseneck lamp. Grimm Green has one.

I think you can just use this:
Cherry Vape Universal - Pipe Stems and Drip tips - Pipe Supplies- Batteries, Atties, Stems, Chargers, etc.

and run one of those stems on whatever you want.
