Looking to build my own e-cig!! Help needed!

I am looking to build a new e-cig for myself and I am enlisting the help of the experts!

What do you guys recommend for each part of the e-cig? IE, what are your favorite batteries, clearomizers, mouthpieces, etc.!

I am familiar with the eGo models, but I am willing to build the optimal e-cig!

Target price is $30-40 for the setup! In advance, if you do choose to offer some help on this, I would like to thank you very much in assisting on my journey!! It is much appreciated!

I am thinking about picking one of these up and having fun.....hopefully NOT blowing myself up in the process.
