Would like some more information on what I would need to get started...

I am on altsmoke.com and would really like some more information on what exactly I need to get started... I hate smoking cigs every now and then and the people I work with all have these ^ ... Most got them from friends and really don't know too much about them..

Few questions:
1) What do I need?
-- Cartomizer, Atomizer, etc?

2) Best flavors?

3) Are these healthy? Meaning, are they clean for the lungs, etc? I know smoking cigs isn't good, but if my gf who loves hookah would smoke this, would it be just like that?

4) What do I need to get my eGo C-Twist to look like this ----------->

More information, the better... Thanks guys

Hi the picture is of an eGo topped with a mini vivi nova and a type "D" thread cover (sometimes called a cone cover or sleeve) like this:

(The pictures are of DCT tanks, but it's the same for regular and mini-sized vivi novas)

Currently, this is the best kit I know of: http://www.myvaporstore.com/Vision_Spinner_Joye_Ego_C_Twist_Combo_p/vvs-c.htm It comes with 2 Twists, 2 Spinners, or one of each, and a couple of toppers to try. (You can add a mini vivi kit from the same vendor for $10. They also carry the cone cover: eGo Cone Cover for DCTank

1. Get at least 2 EGO Twists. It sucks to have any issues with batteries and not be able to vape.

2. That looks like a VIVI Nova Mini with an accessory cone. I would also recommend the Kanger EVOD. I like bottom coils better than top wicks. Bottom coils have the liquid always touching the wicks and is better at not dry hitting (taking a draw with no liquid). You can avoid this with the top wicks by tilting or waiting between hits for the liquid to be fully absorbed by the wick.

3. Flavors are subjective. You'd have to try and find out.

Have fun and let me know if you have more questions.

I'll second the idea of getting 2 batteries. You'll notice most kits come with 2 batteries. You'll want something to use while the other charges. ViviNova are nice clearos, I still use them from time to time tho I'm more of an iClear guy these days. Also, I would look around to see if you have a brick and mortar store nearby. Even if you don't buy there, you can see what everything looks like. A reputable BM shouldn't be charging much more than shopping online. Also a good BM that sells juice will usually have some way for you to taste the flavors to help you find something you really like.

Sir get 2 batteries and 1000 Mah so it last longer. also remember to be careful using a twist since it is a VV you may need to know the resistance of your coil so that you can set to a sweet spot voltage (3.2-4.8V)

Also best to get a Kanger Evod and also that sleeve is actually purely for looks but it is up to you if you like it. I do suggest a Vamo V2 because you just set the wattage and it will calculate the voltage for you based on the resistance of the coil. (NO MATH).

as for your juice, it is subjective but there are recommendations like:
It is vapor:
strawberry lemonade
ecto blast
melon ball

Copper creek:
house blend

Hellavapor:
DocHoliday
Batderp
Divine cheese cake
crisp-e-treats

EC Blend:
dragon series flavors

go to a B&M shop locally and ypou can test out samples before buying.
