Looking to get Vamo-V2, Protank (+replacement heads) and a ego converter so the protank works

What would be the best, reputable place to get all of these? I also need battery and charger (aiming for the 18530x2).

Empire mods has everything. You don't need an ego converter. The protank is 510 threaded and not ego threaded.
