Well I have been using the same Flavor since I started pretty much because I have had bad experiences with ordering flavors that I ended up not liking and them going to waste.

So I would Like to start Mixing my own flavors but I'm not sure where to go for the good deals on materials.

If anyone can suggest some online places to get good prices on:

PG & VG
Unflavored Nic Liquid
Flavorings-(Would like a place thats flavorings are for sure safe to inhale Which is another reason I want to mix my own so I know exactly what I am inhaling from my juices)

And of course Prices are very important considering I'm short on cash.

Also Maybe some places that carry things like the little bottles and syringes I would need also.

Thanks.

You can buy raw VG from the health food stores under "Now" brand for $4.00 for 4 oz. It is a premium quality brand, not some makeshift fluid. It's basically a palm oil veggie oil base. So if health conscious, it's a good base. Thin it with 5% grain alcohol (vodka/everclear).
As far as the other ingredients, I'll defer to others.

Online sources will probably be cheaper yet for this product.

Da Pig.

I would also recommend getting some ethyl maltol. I get mine at TPA, but you can also find it as "cotton candy" flavoring. Used it in small quantities, it can help flavors "blend" together and can really enhance them. Some flavors just don't taste right without it.

You can get syringes from your local pharmacy. Mine sells them for about 25 cents each. Even if you live in a state that requires a prescription for needles, you can still buy the syringes without the needle. You can also find them cheap on Amazon.

Perfumers apprentice has the cleanest Fruit flavors IMO, very spot on for me. Perfumers apprentice also does not put artificial dye in their flavorings. Lorann oils flavors are pretty hit and miss for me. The watermelon is divine, jolly rancher like...but the rest of the main fruit flavors have a very chemical taste to them...some good non fruit flavors.

One stop diy shop sells 3 brands of flavorings, PA, Lorann and Flavor art..as well as mixing supplies, bottles and VG/PG. Good place to start, until you decide you love mixing then you'll have to buy the big gallon jugs of VG and PG LOL.
