There's a couple simple solutions from using a toothpick and breaking it off in the slot once seated to taping them off and some have even woven thread in and out of the holes until they achieved what they felt was the right draw for them. Without it being a permanent seal those are the most effective. I actually don't even bother with it anymore including one I filled one of the air channels in and filed smooth. I like the airy draw. Mouthful of vape for minimal effort. Works for me ;)

I did the same thing and I hated it. I got a kagner and it leaked with a super airy draw. It sits by my bathroom sink now, collecting dust and I stick to the novas. If I do venture out into tank land again, I will be getting a glass tank as I love citrus juices, but they crack plastic.

A kanger EVOD or an MT3 / T3? - you know you can fix that airy draw by just blocking one of the three air holes on the bottom threaded screw? I blocked one of them by accident during cleaning and it pulled like a CE5 - try it.
Some people say to break off a cocktail stick in one of them, but a quick dab of hot glue or a tiny piece of clear tape works just as well.

MetalRaven beat me to it... good advice. :)

So I read all the thread about cleaning the ProTank first which I did, and I even blocked off a few of the air holes with the tooth pick method, to me this is all to much work for a tank that is not a genesis. It's supposed to be pop and puff. I love the looks of the KangerPro Tank, but more important than ascetics for me is vapor production and taste. I cannot get rid of this weird metallic, fabricy taste. I'm going to give it away and stick with my Novas and MT3, untill I move up to the genesis style.

PM me. I'll be glad to take it off your hands

I hear if your looking for a tighter draw on your protank, swap the head with that of an evod. I love the protank, just bought a second one today. All I do is take out the top wick.

What do you replace the wick with? And how do you feed it through the tiny coil?

Smokachino: if I can figure out how to make it work, I'd be glad to ship it to you bro.

Although I really think you should give the ProTank another chance, if you're serious I'll send a PM to you and you can respond if you want. Edit: Even better, post it in the classifieds!

I got used to the draw on the Protank. The funny taste goes away after you use it for awhile. I only get the fabric taste for a few minutes with a new coil. I also swapped out the evod bottom and attached it to a T3 and that works great and cheaper to replace the coils.
