to both of you ... once you know how to mix your fav's the cost is pennies per ml's.
and the fun is experimenting with new flavors. its a bit of upfront cost but the end results are cheaper as time goes by.

one of the most used labs for nic base is wizard labs
flavors from wizlabs come from the flavor apprentice and lorainns oils to name a few.
the best mixing calculator is a free download called ejuicemeup.
the ratio is up to you i prefer 70/30 pg/vg

I did it for awhile. Kind of a pain and pretty time consuming. You can get most of the stuff on line or at the drug store for measuring. Got flavoring from capella's, PG, VG & nicotine from electronic-ash and a variety of things from DIY Flavorshake. Flavoring usually went in around 20% if I remember right, but that's always subjective anyway. If I remember right it was at least 1/2 the cost of what I buy juice now for. I just never found a good tobacco flavor I could make myself. French toast was pretty good though and the flavorings I never used much make some great cakes. :)
