So I currently have a spinner 2 with an aspire nautilus mini. With that being said I want something that I can vape stronger vg blend likes 80 to 20 or 90 to 10 vg/pg. also I want to get Into sub ohming. So what I thought about getting tank wise was the new aspire sub tank but idk what to do for the battery/mod. I want to get something I can kinda grow with. And finally I want something that I can start dripping with. I plan to use the tank for while I'm at school and drip when I'm just hanging out at home.

Price point id like to stay at around 120 that includes batteries and a charger.

What I'm looking for is strong flavor and big clouds.

is variable voltage that important I kinda know that variable wattage is what I would need but is vv that important? I ask because mods I found that are vw only are way cheaper that ones that are vv vw.

I was looking at itaste svd which maxes out at 20w is that enough?

I will do the best I can to answer you but there are so many more here that are far more knowledgeable than me. You are kind of mixing it up a bit so it is not a clear answer here. If you want to go with an atlantis you could get the Aspire mod to go with that. Right now I believe this to be the one of the few regulated mods out there that will fire under 1 ohm. I have also heard thru some that the Atlantis's won't work with all mods out there (even unregulated). So I believe a SVD will work with your tanks but not with a dripper that has a sub ohm build or under 1 ohm. I will leave it up to others to suggest what may fill all the needs for you, but I can tell you what I did. I got a itaste mvp and an inexpensive dripper and started to get more knowledge about it on that. Yes, I had to keep my builds above 1 ohm so I may not have been getting all the perks but I have been learning to build good coils without battery concern. There are so many new devices coming out now that you can practically do it all (drip, tank it, sub ohm or not) all with same set up, but as far as I know the only combo avail now is the Atlantis and Aspire CF subohm battery.

Good morning! The Aspire sub ohm tank is the Atlantis. It has a .5 coil (though a .7 and a 1.0 may be coming, or so I hear). Aspire also makes a battery that is rechargeable. I just saw one in action; it looks pretty good. Obviously, b/c it's new, hard to know anything about reliability. That setup (tank, battery, charger) costs $100 in my neck of the woods. I will second the advice already given: sub ohm'ing requires knowledge (despite what some folks might want you to believe). Before you go down that road, perhaps try building higher resistance coils. There are lots of good box mods that can handle low resistance and produce big, fluffy clouds with great flavor. Happy vaping!

I use a aspire maxi tank and a 900 mah ego battery right now, I wanted to upgrade and after looking around for a week I figured out what I wanted.

A box mod is $100+ for a good one that will fire below 1 ohm coils, plus your tank or rda
A mech mod clone, a rda clone, 2 batteries, a charger and a ohm tester is $80+
A genuine mech mod and clone is costly depending on what you get

I ordered a atlantis tank and a aspire sub ohm battery for $70 shipped from vapordna with a $10 off coupon which I will be getting Thursday in the mail.

It's all about what you want, I myself cannot justify the cost of some of the gear out there and the atlantis with cf sub ohm battery is about the most I can spend without felling like I am paying for more then I actually need. Its all about ease of use for me, screw it into the charger at night and screw it into the tank and vape away.

Good luck on your search

I see with the ipv2 it is capable to fire as low as .2 ohms and is under $100. It also is capable of up to 50watts. The svd will go as low as .5 ohms and will go upto 20w. Personally I like the style of the svd 2.0 better but will it work we'll either the sub ohm tank with a .5ohm coil? And could I use that when I want to get into dripping? Because majority of the time I use it while driving and at school but within the next month or so id like to get into dripping at home.
