I've been vaping since February. I've advanced from my EVOD kit to an MVP 2.0 and a mini protank 2. I'm pretty satisfied but I want to take another step up. I'm purchasing an aspire nautilus soon and need a new mod to compliment it. Mechs seem confusing and most don't come with batteries, chargers etc... So I dunno if I wanna cover the additional expense just yet.

Can anybody rec something to compliment my soon to be aspire? I have around 75 dollars to work with. Thanks! :)

Also... While I got you... I had a protank 2 in my pocket the other day. I was working, got home and it completely fell apart and I didn't notice. I tried putting it back together but the glass won't 'connect' with the mouth piece or base. What gives?!

I can't recall exactly, but there may be an o-ring which might have gotten lost on the ProTank.

There's a few mods that might fall into that range of $75, but you don't have batteries and a charger yet so that would be an additional charge of about $30 - $40 for just those.

You might find a Vamo for around $40, but that will be a downgrade from your MVP in my opinion. You should be able to find a few mechanical mods for around $40, but I'm not real familiar with mechs. Perhaps a Segelei K-100? Telescopic to accept three sizes of batteries. Bottom fire switch. Comes in several colors.

Be sure to go to the Battery and Charger subforum before you choose your batteries and charger.

I'm looking for something like an mvp. No battery needed, budget isn't allowing for it. I'll order some orings then. How many total should I get? To my understanding one is in the mouth price another in the base and two on the glass. Or maybe I should just buy a new one lol.

My fiance has the itaste vv3 and it hits great but an aspire would make it so top heavy. Perhaps I should get another mvp lol. I'll check out your recommendations tho thanks man

You are in a good spot with an mvp 2.0. It's a great piece of equipment.

1. You could upgrade to a Provari. You'll pay a lot and have to get batteries and a charger, but it will probably be what you'll need to spend to see a significant upgrade.

2. You could get into mechs. There's some nice mech clones from $15 to $30. Again you'll need to get batteries and a charger.

3. If you're willing to consider rebuilding, I think a REO is definitely worth the money. This will be my next major upgrade.

Let's try this!!
Get another MPV V2 (great mod by the way).

Get PT2 or PT2 mini with AFC (air flow control) and built your own coils with 30G kanthal and cotton.
Wrap 1.2 Ohm to 1.8 Ohm coils. Great upgrade from factory crap coils.

Alternatively, get a KFL.

I'm not going to spend over 50 bucks for a battery tube/container with some fancy display. Just my :2c:
Good luck.
