PG gives a weird slimy feeling in the back of my throat. so i try not to use it... i DIY (mix) all of my eliquid and i just use distilled water to get the VG to flow. and i try to use flavorings that have grain alcohol as a solvent. even then i dont use much flavoring at all. i try to keep it under less than %5 total flavoring. most vendors use %8 - %20 total flavoring concentrate.

There are a ton of VG juices out there, the Red Oak juices are all PG free and I think Alien Visions are all PG free. The bigger vendors will generally offer all of their flavors without PG and a few will allow you to add distiled water as an option. I would recommend dripping with these high vg juices, I put a bottle of Red Oak silverthorne through my aga t2 and it crusted up the coils pretty bad, anything that can be dry burned would be good.

Thanks for the reply... I would work out a budget after seeing what options I have, nicotene levels probably around 12%, no I do not smoke cigarettes, and I have been looking at the Joye 510 rechargeable to start with.

I have found velvet cloud vapor all natural vapor, and they claim to use all natural ingredients, and to slightly dilute their 100% VG with distilled water, to allow it to flow.

Sorry, I can't understand why you want to start vaping nicotine if you aren't already addicted to it. I am not being rude, it just boggles my mind :2c:

xCjack, this thread is filled with terrible responses. You can use 100% VG, like from Velvet Cloud Vapor, without issue. I used to use it in Kanger Protanks all the time, never had difficulty. An eGo battery and a bottom coil clearomizer, like Kanger Evod or T3 will work fine. I absolutely love Velvet Cloud Vapor and pretty much only use Night Shift or Vanilla Custard from them now. Their White Beard tobacco is good too.

People who say all VG juice does not have flavor or is too thick are people who have never used VG juice a lot. It is not too thick and has tons of flavor. The only thing I would caution you is to buy 100% VG juice from vendors that really specialize in it. From the top of my head, I would say Velvet Cloud Vapor, Heathers Heavenly Vapes, and Alien Vision are good vendors that can really make a VG juice well.

Do not listen to the negative responses above. They are opinions and IMO very mistaken opinions. You do not have to use PG in a juice to have flavor or make it less viscous. That is simply not true

I too read that and wondered if you had quit smoking and wanted to continue/re-establish your nicotine supply or you have never had a nicotine source and wanted to start.... if you have never had a nicotine source, try out the 0 nicotine juices first, and if you are wanting to do vaping with nicotine in it, start at 6 or so. I was a 2 pack a day smoker and Im doing 30-36 on the nicotine to match what i was used to as far as ciggies go. Nicotine avoidance for me is impossible if I have a source available. I luv my nic.

Says the person who buys premixed e-liquid. Have you ever even seen pure usp grade VG in its raw form? Have you ever tried vaping it?

i have been making my own e-liquid for years. most of it being %90+ VG... when a vendor says its " %100 VG e-liquid ", all that means is that no PG was used..

I doubt very much the OP mixes his own juice, nor do I. He was talking about buying premixed VG juice. Your responses may have had merit if he was talking about mixing his own juice (or even asking about it...).

No, I have never never vaped 100% raw VG and I am not interested in DIYing my own juice. I get enough satisfaction out of building my own coils, but I was not telling the OP to just start doing it himself either.

There are a few vendors that make delectable 100% Vg (or VG and water) juices that work just fine in regular vape gear. Your responses definitely do not indicate that. I hate to think that a newbie would pass up on an incredible juice vendor because of several comments you were telling them to DIY when they were asking about buying pre-mixed juice. Save the DIY talk for the E-Juice and DIY forum, discuss relevant info to newbies.

Well I just want to know a good e cig that I can use to vaporize velvet cloud vapor's VG liquid. I like the looks of the Joye 510-T. The complication of everything with an e cig is a turn off to the whole thing.

thats was the OP's real question.. told him it could work, and if it doesn't i gave him a Solution (no pun)

JM,
TH is generally an important aspect of vaping, particularly for those trying to quit smoking. I'm pretty sure you would agree that VG isn't really close when it comes to TH. The other thing I take into consideration is that many newbies have a tough time using equipment as it is, now add the viscosity of VG and this can present more problems. IMO you're out of line, not for expressing your opinions but the abrasive and rude way you presented them.

Who is being abrasive and rude?
