I have a friend who retired and opened a seafood restaurant. He did all the cooking and didn't have sufficient ventilation for the vapors that arose from frying fish. After a few years, he began to develop a breathing disorder. The doctor attributed his lung issues to the cooking of fish with inadequate ventilation and advised him to find a new way of generating income. He closed the fish restaurant and open a pizza place.

The moral of this story is be sure what you are inhaling! He was cooking fish in vegetable oil and inhaling the vapors. PG and VG are highly refined. Other products may not be. Be careful and look for testing that declares the product safe in the manner in which it will be consumed!
