Heads up - this was a fail.

The article advocates that this statute should be the model for the state. Protect the children! Apparently the only study that mattered to this city council was from the CDC stating very clearly that twice as many children are using ecigs from last year. It doesn't matter that the CDC study is a misrepresentation at best..

I'm afraid that it isn't enough to have truth on your side. We look like we are smoking, so clearly we are dangerous.

Gets me down.

Kind of makes me wonder what is in store for St. Cloud MN that has four vape shops that all recently opened. Very curious indeed. Makes me furious. I heard yesterday that you can still vape in the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN... I wonder how the Duluth ruling is going to affect the rest of the State. Everything seemed to be "complacent" with establishments creating their own "rules" on banning vaping until this hullabaloo.
