loose O ring on aluminum drip tip

David, i sent you an email a couple days ago but had not heard back.
i received my order (5235) for additional batteries and 3 more of the aluminum drip tips. 2 of the 3 drip tips work great, but the red one seems to have an overly large o ring and hence does not 'snap' into place on the atty - actually, it won't go on the atty at all.
what should i do?
i had ordered one of these prior to this most recent order and it worked great and that is why i went ahead and ordered some more - but the red one simply will not work.

The aluminum colored ones are imported tips, so unfortunately, the quality can vary a bit. I don't have replacement Orings for them as they are a non standard size, but what i will do, is send you out a whole new tip

Well, Junquedujours problem was legitimate and she's deserving. Kudos for helping her out. But that smiling, mustachioed guy, hmmmph. Hey, I was doing an oil painting this morning while vaping with my P16. It's got oil paint smudged all over it (especially the button.) If that curly-headed riff-raff above gets a new Precise, I want one too. Oh, and my batteries are dusty....

Well, no paint smudges on mine but I think the time has come to "renew" both of mine Ps. Let's just say they've been through a lot. I think I'll be sending them for a northern vacation soon... Nothing like a real life-time warranty from SuperT!
