Loose threads on atomizer or battery?

So, I accidentally dropped my eGo twist and then when I was to refill my atomizer and put it back, I can't screw it anymore.
Now I have no idea if it's my battery or the atomizer that had a loose thread.
I also noticed that it moves a bit even when screwed before it dropped.
I'm kinda worried too 'cause the warranty is only one week (I think...) and it's already past one week. :(

The threads on attys are a bit lose for a reason with all the diff mfg a small mistake could make them hard to mate up. I think in some cases air needs to be able to pass through those threads. If you have another atty try it on and see if that works if it does you may have stripped the threads on the problem atty. If not then you may have stripped the threads on the battery. Many attys are made of aluminum and they will strip easier than SS etc. Hope its the atty and not the battery.
What kind of atty are we talking about.
