Lorain super concentrated flavor

I usually buy Lorann's Butter Rum from Wizard Labs, but find they are out of stock for this flavor quite often, so today I ordered directly from Lorann.
It was described as super concentrated and was a little expensive. I was wondering if anyone knows whether this is stronger than what WL sells and if so, what ratio should I use to equal the flavoring that WL sells.

If it comes in the 1 dram bottle it is probably the same, oh and it won't come with a dropper.

Nope, this was a 4 ounce bottle.

I just made some today at 5% and even without steeping the flavor is very good. Ought to be fantastic after it steeps a week or two.
