LorAnn Naturals caramel

Bought this from OneStopDIYShop a few weeks ago and mixed it up at 20% flavoring, 18 mg nic. I tried it at the time, but set it aside and just got back to it today.

One of the problems I've had with DIY is that most flavorings have this really odd chemical taste. It's pronounced in artificial and cheap food flavorings like vanilla extract, and I can often taste it in flavored coffees, and it really drives me bonkers.

Well, it seems to be completely absent in this flavoring, and I like it quite a lot. It's a very rich, true caramel taste. It's very dark in color, which I don't really prefer, but that's not a deal-breaker by any means. The taste is probably a bit too much to vape on its own, but this caramel mixed in recipes that call for (or can benefit from) caramel would be quite nice.

This will definitely go in the eternal quest for the perfect (for me) DIY RY4.

Do you know the ingredients? I have artificial flavoring, PG & water listed from the spreadsheet in the forum but that is the basic type.

It's called Creamy Caramel on their site, is it this?

vegetable glycerin, water, natural flavors

20% seems like a lot to add. Isn't that an issue?

20% is a lot. The LorAnn Naturals are less concentrated, and I also wanted to get a good sense of exactly how it tasted for the first go-around. It's probably fine at 15%, though I'm not sure I'd go any lower than that.

Very cool. OneStop is my go-to supplier. I've looked at the caramels several times but never went ahead with getting some. Next order will have it.

I bought a whole ounce of this stuff. It is absent of flavor. It will just dull any other flavor you mix it with also. I was very disappointed with this one

Im thinking its the caramel thats used in aves caramel kicker which is the darkest juice iv ever seen . It wasnt very good imo either . I have some of loranns natural toffee in 1oz . Its decent but could be better . I dont know why but it smells so good and you can taste the natural part of it but for some reason i just cant get it to work like i want it to .

Flavor Art's caramel is not bad... its initial flavor doesnt come through immediately but when it lingers in the mouth for a bit it comes through.

when you open the bottle it has a brown sugar smell to it

I really like TPA caramel candy .I just wish it was a little stronger .I need to find one with that exact taste but stronger in sweet taste .
