Lorann flavors are not noted for being very strong. I prefer TFA(The flavor apprentice) or FA (Flavour Art) for most of my DIY. Lorann is supposed to have the best cheesecake and I love their Pina Colada and English Toffee over other brands. YMMV You are going to find that you will like certain flavors from one company over another. My max that I will mix in flavors is 22% and usually that's if I am using Lorann flavors. TPA and FA I mix at 12-20% and it just depends on how strong the flavor is and your taste buds. When using mints it's usually below 10%. Flavor is also dependant on the base you are using. The higher the VG content the more flavor you will need since VG tends to mute flavors. If you use a high PG ratio you will use less flavors. It will just take some experimenting which is half the fun. Good Luck..

I bought some LorAnns Flavor Oils, cherry and strawberry, both have a really nice smell but I can't taste them at all.

I am looking for some flavoring that will bring out the flavor and not opposed to using something other than LorAnn's.

Any suggestions?

Are you using the Lorann Super Strength Flavors? I use the Lorann Super Strength Flavors at 10% for all my berry mixes and imo they are a more accurate flavor.
