Lost my BRAND NEW 510

There's a theory in my house that my bedroom is actually a black hole. Things come in, and are never seen again, and by the same token, stuff appears that we've been looking for for months!

And so it is with my brand new, bright, shiny, Riva 510 SE. The last time I saw it was ON MY BED saturday night. By the time I was out of the shower, it was gone.....POOF! Just like that.
I have one of those beds that comes up at each end, like a hospital bed, so the first thing we did was raise the bed and look under it.....no luck. Then we striped all the bed linens off....same thing. As I write this, my room is cleaner than it has been in months. My theory has always been if you've lost something, start cleaning and you'll find it. My room is all bright and shiny, but still no 510.
To say I'm heartbroken is an understatement. Sick at my stomach is more like it. I love that darn thing, and even though I have a Joye Ego, it's not the same *in my head anyway*....I miss the shiny stainless steel housing and the always cool feel of my 510.

Have I become a vaping addict to be this upset about losing my favorite PV? Inquiring minds want to know.

It has been my experience that buying a new one of something always finds me the lost one of that thing. I'm not saying, I'm just saying...

Thanks everybody! Yes, I've looked everywhere with a flashlight, prayed to St. Anthony, finder of lost things, vacuumed the room, flipped the mattress........I've done everything except bring in a witch doctor and sacrifice a goat on the front lawn (JUST JOKING!!). Thankfully, I have been taken pity upon, and a new one is one it's way.

That's a great idea....now, how do I find one of those key finders? I used to have one from Sharper Image but it was really expensive.

OK, now that I have a new battery coming in, I need a cone and an atty. I know I can get these from Freedom Flights, but what kind of atty do I need? They all look the same to me!

You can use your standard Ego Atomizers on the 510 they are interchangeable.

Got a Cat/Dog/Other animal and/or kids?

1) If yes, check cushions, other rooms, etc.
2) If NO,.... must be a ghost, since the other 1/2 of the "we" wouldn't move it or would certainly tell you....
3) or it's with that single missing sock. Find the sock...
4) Black Hole theory unlikely... you would feel the gravitational pull (note my current avatar - deep space image - those little dots are entire GALAXIES.... if your micro-black-hole theory is correct, or it's a wormhole, you will find your e-cig "out there"... along with the sock.)

Check all pockets of anything you've worn in a week. I lost my eGo once....drove me CRAZY for days.....then I did the laundry and as I was switching from the washer to the dryer, there it was! It had gone through the entire cycle. At first the button was a little strange, staying on a little too long/little slow lighting when I pushed it.....then it dried out and it was FINE. I still use it! So...at least we know they can go through with a load of laundry and survive.
