I can appreciate an awesome cloud, just can't find anything to say about it other than "yeah that was cool".
Yeah now that you mention it XD I don't consider myself as "cool" i love my sub 0hm mainly since it's the thing that satisfy me the most compared to a mtl setup :p I kinda feel lucky i don't see those in my vape shops since you can't vape inside ahah so everything inside is 100% clean and welcoming. In fact, the most awkward thing you'll see in it is me chatting with the store clerk and customers

Me, too. I blow big clouds because I don't want to take 10 second long hits. I've been using sub-ohm tanks anywhere from 40-80 watts - so not like cloud competition but not at all stealthy.

If there was some way to do it without the huge cloud (or the loud inhale noise) I'd be all over it. But that satisfying, warm, enveloping vape experience is what I need to stay off cigs. Here in TX you can vape inside and it's pretty cloudy in the vape shop.

For the most part I get everything online anyway but since I'm only recently getting back into vaping I haven't found my preferred e liquid yet. I used to DIY all my juice but I'd rather stick with commercial juice for now.

BTW - when I went into the shop today I said to the guy (paraphrase)
Me - I'm looking to get some new juice. The juice I use the most right now is Tribeca
Him (cutting me off) - I don't know what Tribeca is
Me - Oh - it's like an RY4
Him - blank stare
Me - Like a tobacco with vanilla and carmel kind of thing?
Him - I don't like tobacco vapes
Me - Well . .do you have any?
Him - People seem to like this one (points to Hometown Hero - Witch Doctor)

I bought the Witch Doctor - I haven't tried it yet but it smells really good.

Yeah.....that seems like bad customer service..... i wouldn't go back there for jack (edited)
Also i wear headphones alot (i basically work with em) so i don't hear the whistle :p most times i do it's not loud enough to really "annoy" me per say but i do online only if i see good deals otherwise i get my juice locally since it's made in my own province and i want to keep my vape shop open (that last shop i went too was too good to close imho)

Nice friendly kids, I just don't have anything in common with them. They're not interested in wire, building, batteries, or anything. Just watts and clouds.

That's too bad that vaping has turned into just watts and clouds. No interest in using vaping to quit smoking just vape to make clouds. In FB especially vaping has turned into a whats in your hand and schwing contests. Newbies who got in over their head buying over powered gear, having their coils leak and/or burn then asking why blaming the gear when its really lack of knowledge. Its a lot of the B&M's fault for selling too much power to unsuspecting clients knowing they will come back to replace coils and juice for their thirsty attys.....thats where the money is.

I tend to avoid vape shops because the people behind the counter tend to not know about the products that they are selling. I go in for batteries because I like to eyeball them before I pay, and I want to be able to return them conveniently if they're fake, but that's about it.

LOL, one of the many beauties of vaping is that you never have to go into a shop, ever, if you don`t want to. I have`nt been a vape shop in over 2 years or so and I`m vaping just fine.

In fact, that`s a part of the absolute freedom it gives me. I don`t need no "vape" shop.

Can easily say not the case in my town (which is why i'm returning to that one vape shop eventually)
Had great customer service guy pretty much tried everything in his shop and had opinions on all of em, that's also why it took me an entire day to pick the baby beast ahah XD guy kept asking me precise questions and telling me about the 2000 different tank that exists lots and lots of fun tbh :p

I grabbed six of the LG HG2's back in May from a shop because I was on my way to visit my son for his birthday, and the place is right on the way. I've had a lot of crappy experiences in vape shops here in California.

I live in a very small, very rural agricultural town. The nearest 'big city' is a college town. They have no idea what they are doing out here, lol.

I live in small town BC Canada and don't have access to a proper B&M other than a computer shop that has YUK over priced juice and older gear. I have to drive a hour to see a store but they are all the same no matter what city its in. My only purchase was a handful of vape rings cause I use them on every atty and box mods that requires me to to undo screws to remove batts, also my cat likes them she removes them from my desk and I find them in the strangest places around the house. I go in the B&M just cause but do all my shopping online and just like VHRB I vape happily not having to buy nothing in a B&M. If I found a B&M that sold concentrates and nic it would be a different story but so far haven't yet.

What will kill b&m shops will be losing their ability to sell house juices. It is by far the highest margin item they can sell. Yes, the mods and tanks are marked up over what you find online, but it's the $10 for a $0.50 to mix house juice that keeps them going. Smoke shops that sell tobacco products like expensive cigars will probably be able to hang in there even if they only sell prepackaged retail juice. The margin is nothing like house juice but they have other revenue generating items to cover their their overhead and have a little profit.

When my son blows a big cloud I tell him "I can blow clouds too" then take a nice little drag off the provari and blow my little bitty cloud..

He and I always laugh.. :) But he is old enough to know it's about staying off the smokes.. it's still funny though..

I like to go to local shops just to talk vape. Trick is to not go when noobs who only want blow cool clouds are there. Nice friendly kids, I just don't have anything in common with them. They're not interested in wire, building, batteries, or anything. Just watts and clouds.

Our local b&m is owned and operated by children.. (early 20's) I know more about vaping than they do. There is nothing to talk about in there other than I want this or that.. I only go for emergency runs (and hubbies juice) and half the time they don't have what I'm needing as far as the emergency runs go.

I'm grateful for local vape shops, just for the purpose of keeping Mrs Rule's gear working.
It's sometimes embarrassing, but even after 6 1/2 years or so of vaping, I know next to nothing about regulated mods. I've always used mechanicals, and for the past 3 years or so, it's been mechanical squonkers, bottom feed attys, and DIY juice.
But Mrs Rule is different. She's a push button vaper. She has zero interest in wrapping coils, making juice, or any of the other hobby aspects of vaping.
So, when she breaks a Tank glass, needs new drop in coils, needs a new mod, or whatever, I'm off to one of the local shops, where I'm at the mercy of whoever is running the place. Fortunately, because we have had a fairly active local vaper community, I know most of the local shop owners and employees.
