Ordered som juice from SG juice, include extra cooling sensation. But when I try one, no menthol feling at all..

Cooling sensation is not menthol based, It's made from another ingredient . It's not a flavor on its own , it's for the cooling sensation at the back of your throat. If you want the menthol feel you need to go for mixed flavors and add menthol
