Love at First Vape....Strawberry Shortcake

I don't think so...you see, payday is the same day Ms T's site comes back up, and, well, I often take long lunches...

Well I just loaded up some strawberry shortcake into a fresh Boge LR carto. Sadly I think something is wrong with my carto, as the juice smells wonderful, sweet and strawberry-like. But upon vaping it is very dry on inhale, not sweet at all, and tastes like I am smoking strawberry flavored incense (has a very chemical-smokey taste to it). And the vapor smells like some kind of ultra overly strong potpourri, my whole apartment become saturated with this smell after only a few puffs 8-o.
I seriously doubt this is how the juice is supposed to taste like, but now I don't want to take the risk and use up another fresh carto (or waste more of this juice that I know HAS to be good based on how it smells). Although at this point my brain has now designated this juice as offensive, so no matter where or how I vape it, I will always be reminded of this occurrence when I smell it. (I am extremely sensitive to smells and tastes and my memory for specific smells is borderline super-human).
This blows! Stupid cartos, I hope I didn't get a bunch of bunk ones!
What do you guys use to vape Ms. T's juice? What voltage, what resistance? My Boge carto clocks in at about 2.2ohm, and I am vaping at 3.3V. This particular resistance and voltage has worked great for me in the past with other sweet vapes I have tried.

i use only lr attys. i really like the cisco spec 306s at between 1.5 and 2.0 and the hh357 even if they are a bit pricey. im using a reo 18490 at 3.7v
I don't know all the volt and ohm stuff. All I know is that I have 2 egos and I buy 510 cartos, sometimes dual coil, sometimes mega all around 1.7 - 2 ohms. And then some 808 batts with regular 808 carts. Steep that juice, it gets sweeter around one week.
Well that's good, cause now I know I am not vaping at too low of a resistance (which can sometimes ruin sweet flavors or make them taste burnt).
It has GOT to be my carto, I am thinking it was burning the juice rather than heating it up to a vapor. Cause I have never had a juice so fragrantly smell up my apartment like that before. And the taste on inhale was almost bitter with no flavor at all (like what I would imagine smoking an artificial flavor would be like).
Well I'll just set the juice aside for now and perhaps I will try it again when I get my Fluxo's in a few days. I will likely rip open another carto and try some cake batter. Hopefully all my cartos aren't flawed, as I did get them at a almost too-good-to-be-true price (although it was from a new vendor, so they were likely selling cheap to get their name out there, not because the cartos were second rate... at least I hope not).
I'm using eGo attys myself. I actually have a supplier that gets me parts that I have absolutely no problem with--no leaks, no dry burns, etc.
Cake batter is awesome . Msts bakery juice seem to love lots of power . I vape my snickerdoodle at over 12Watts. 5.5 volts with a SR boge is great or even 5v with a LR boge,They all seem to taste much better in a boge carto then a atty as well. It really brings out the creamyness of the bakery flavors
Down to almost the end of my 1st but definitely not my last little bit of Strawberry Shortcake. I love it. I love it so much that I am having to use it only once a day so that I can make it last as long as possible. This is THE vape for me. Placing my order tonight, and even though it might take a little while until it gets to me, it is soooooo worth the wait. I am still working on my Juice Fruity gum, but I haven't even made a dent in it hardly because of the Strawberry shortcake love affair I have going on right now.

OK..for me, it's official...Ms T's juices really deliver after I let them steep for 2 days...I'm getting dizzy thinking about how they're like after a week..lol

I'm doing that right now too. Allowing myself one or two puffs a day praying my cart wont burn lol.
Cinnamonkey I can relate, I am down to about 4ml of the SS and save it for certain days, which happens to be today ! I really like this SS myself too, probably Sooners fault

Just added my order to the status thread. Once I get that order in, I should be ok for a few weeks....maybe. I popped that order of strawberry gum in for a taste test. I love the shortcake. I am counting the days...I may have to start writing morbid love poems to the empty shortcake bottle in mourning and memory.
