Hello everyone!
Thanks to all of the many, many, many posts I read prior to purchasing my starter kit! If it weren't for all of you knowledgeable folks I would have been stumped. There is a real learning curve here when you are used to smoking "real" cigs, but everything I needed to know I was able to find here. So a big THANK YOU!
I started vaping last Saturday at 10:30am and am happy to say I have not touched a real cig since then. I know it may not seem like a lot of time to most of you, but to me it's not how long it's been, it's how EASY it's been. And believe me, I have tried every other gimmick to quit smoking. Including, but not limited to, patches, gum (yuck), hypnosis, acpuncture, Zyban, and last but not least some horrible medical treatment that actually made me psychotic and completely lose my memory for three days! I kid you not! I have never had this feeling of satisfaction from a cigarette replacement until now. I am just thrilled! I have not been remotely tempted to go back to analogs.
Many of my friends, associates and acquaintences want to know about e-cigs and want to try them. They have the same problem I originally did. They want to try them NOW. They don't want to fish through a lot of websites looking for a supplier who has stock and then wait for the delivery.
I am so excited about this product that I want to get more people in my area to try them. I live in Cleveland, Ohio and on April 1st the county again taxed the cigarettes in our area by over $1 per pack. This has been going on here for several years...every time Cleveland wants to build a new stadium (they have built two so far on smoker tax dollars) or some other structure. This new tax is to pay for a Medical Mart which will generate millions of dollars for the city once it is paid for by smoker taxes. It has alot of people good and ...... off. Many here would love to have this alternative.
Does anybody know if it's even feasible to start a small business selling these things out of my home? I don't have the time/patience for a website business, I already have two jobs. I just want to be able to get this product to others like me in my area who want to quit analogs for good.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I have no idea how to go about it. I also thank you all again for freely sharing all you knowledge and experience!
