Love my Vamo

I also have a VAMO in stainless steel and it's awesome. I don't use my kick any more, IMR 18650's last much longer in the VAMO than with the kick. I vape Boge cartos at 8.5W, but with the vivi nova I can't go much higher than 6W, higher it tastes burnt. Awesome vape at 6W btw, and I use the vivi nova with 50/50 PG/VG El Toro cigarillos, which is the best tobacco juice I have tried so far.

Great mod at a great price, and the best thing about this mod is the great airflow. My Boge cartos last much longer than on my other devices, due to the better airflow that the excellent 510 connector provides.

I wouldn't think that I'd love a chinese product that much, being in love with my SB, Infinity Pro, Icon and other american made devices

It has quickly become my "go to mod" !

I have had my Vamo for awhile and also think it rocks!! Definately can't beat the price vs features of it. I to have been using a Vivi on it and yes rolling it horizontal every once in awhile will help with wicking. I found some places that have pretty good deals on it going on right now if anyone is looking....

I wouldn't buy a "kit" with bad batteries and charger, you'd better buy the unit alone and purchase good IMR batteries (Panasonic, AW, Orbtronic...) + a reliable charger.

Got mine from Healthcabin and replaced the spring with a Helix/SB spring from avidvaper: awesome combo ! Healthcabin provides a good spring now, but mine was getting hot due to it's resistance (the new gold spring should be fine now).

Think about it along these lines,
At some stage you're going to move into APV's, meaning you may need batteries and chargers.
You can get a telescopic mod like a vamo /anyvape/ eVic which will take different batteries or a mechanical mod or you can opt for something like an iTaste MPV which has a permanent rechargeable battery.

Do you want something which is technically still a disposable unit or one that God willing if the circuits/ chipsets keep going you will have a mod for a long time to come and only having to replace the battery not the whole unit?

youre probably right. within the 2 months ive been vaping, ive already had to resolder 2 ego batteries :/

Just getting back into vaping, started off with some twists. My wife LOVES them! Saw all the chatter on the Vamo and decided to grab one up. WOW! Really liking this thing. Think I will stick to the twists for when I go out and about, but for use around the house the Vamo is awesome.

I've had mine for about a month and I love it. I use it with both 18350 and 18650 batteries. It is a little on the large size, but very sturdy and the buttons have a fantastic tactile feel. Make sure to put it in RMS mode (hold either the - or + buttons for 10 seconds until you see "N02" for a consistent vape.

thats a good pv for the money. u might want to try a carto tank if u like to chain vape like my self, it seems to handle better with chain vaping.

been using a triple v sidewinder ever since my boge carts got here. it never drys out in fact if i suck too hard i can flood it!

I just got a vamo with a 40% off deal I saw on the forums. I like it! I cant love it because I own a provari and its takes all of my e-cig love . However for the money I could not pass it up and it seems like I pretty solid device. The spring I got is the crappy one so I will have to replace that and the threads, like all smok tech devices, are meh and not lined up perfectly but these are all just "made in china" gripes. Its a great VV/VW apv for being so cheap! I plan to gift to a deserving friend that smokes.
