I might make this my next step...could someone contrast/compare the battery options offered in kits?
TrustFire batteries/charger= VERY low end batts and charger
NiteCore/Panasonic charger = quality batts and charger and well worth the extra $$
If you were to buy the NiteCore+ Panny Batts+ SS Vamo the cost is about $100.00. At FT less than $50.00.
AVOID any batts or chargers with the word Fire in them.

^^This guy knows what he's saying :D

I listened to him, bought the NiteCore charger and Panny Batts to go with my VAMO and I have been nothing but a happy camper with mine. Congrats to all who picked up a VAMO!! I do love mine with Kanger Protanks as well

I currently have a VamoV2 and ever since a couple of days ago it seems to keep burning my cartomizers.. So far I have threw on a total of 2 standard rez xxl cartomizers and 1 low rez... I believe the brand is VapeRevolution,

2 of cartos were brand new.... You can't say I am priming them incorrectly for I have been using cartos for roughly 6 months now with no problems.....

My belief is that the center post on my Vamo could be loose???? I am not entirely sure, but I have heard on ECF and other google searches, that if the connection between mod and cartomizer isn't touching perfectly, it can lead to not enough power going to the cartomizer resulting in dry hits and ultimately a burnt cartomizer....

I kind of think this is what happened to me for before I threw on the first out of 3 cartos ON i cleaned the center post with a cotton swab just because I felt that there was too much juice in there...

PLEASE HELP, if you know how to remmedy this issue, please do.. I am dying right now with a countless burnt cartomizers on my mod.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE..

I picked up the stainless version and I'm enjoying using it with just a single 18350 and having the other as a backup. Next month I will probably get a better charger and a couple of good quality 18650s and switch to the longer version :)

I hope the cheapo batts and charger last that long! I should have listened to the wisdom here and gotten that version in the first place

In 350 mode with Protank. My stainless has been great, no issues so far. Crossing over to the RBA/RDA world for additional fun.
