I had an issue with my latest order.. I received the wrong eGo battery. SO, I submitted a ticket on the site and within an hour it was resolved. This was at 6pm in the evening.. OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks again Carolyn!
A little note: I did not know that SVC was an ECF supplier. There is no graphic on their link. Is this only available for a certain price? Like Gold, or Silver Supplier?
