Does it need to be pre-drilled?

If not, this is my favorite:
$5.76 A6 Mini Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

For the price, they are nice to learn how to mod for bottom feed. The topcap has a single hole, but the deck has three posts. You'd need to drill the airhole for a looser draw and a second airhole if you want to run dual coils. I like dual 2mm airholes.

These make a great driptip to keep cool: $5.07 PTFE 510 DripTip (5-Pack) 5-pack - w/o o-ring / white at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
But they need to be drilled for proper flow as well. 1/4" is nice.

Chipotle.
I really appreciate the suggestions folks. However I should have mentioned that I am looking for something that is already pre-drilled. I am the least "handy" person on the face of this earth : /
The Zenith V2.5 from Fasttech is pre-drilled, it includes a replacement positive post screw that is installed in the bottom which turns it to a full fledged bottom feed RDA.

Look at the picture on the link. See how the center post has a different screw on top than the negatives and it has a hole in the center? All you do is unscrew the screw on top of the center pin, unscrew the 510 pin and swap them or use one of the extra grub screws. Then you are ready to bottom feed.

I think you mean the Zenith v2.5. I have two. They work fine but I prefer others that I modified for bottom feeding.
They require nothing special. As has been mentioned there is a screw with a hole through the middle. Mine came installed as the center coil mounting screw. Just unscrew the bottom screw and take this screw and screw it into the bottom. Coil, wick, squonk and vape. The only tool required is a flat blade screwdriver or a sturdy thumb nail.

Verb, can these be drilled by hand, or with a dremel, and a vise? It would sure save some money.
I use a mini drill press my wife picked up for $60.

I think a vice and dremel will do the trick. The hardest part is pulling the center pin (though it can be done sloppily without pulling the positive pin).
