I got my first 510 LR Atomizer on Friday, and all I can say is WOW!!!
Tremendous vapor and hit. It's amazing.

But you MUST keep it wet.
You know that burned tase you get when a regular atty get's dry, multiply that by like 100, and that's what it tastes like when an LR gets dry.
NASTY!!

But the worst thing about it is..
Once you try LR, you can't go back to a regular...
It's like sucking on air.

And unfortunately, I only ordered 1 just to try it....

What's a gereral life expectancy of a 510 LR?

It really depends on how you use it. If you drip then I find they can last at least a few weeks because they are constantly getting fluid. If you use carts and it goes dry often then sometimes only a few days. They are a lot more delicate than a regular atty.

Life depends on who you buy from.

Eastmall LR 510s are lasting some people over a month.

You need to drip with this type atty IMHO..

Yes, I've been dripping.
I tried a PTB modded cartridge too. It worked fine for me, but didn't last long.

I got mine (I get most of my hardware) from litecigusa.
Genuine Joye, for 8 bucks.

It also makes you go through liquid faster...
Although I'm finding I don't vape quite as much.
I vaped almost constantly prior to getting the LR, now not quite so much.

My first 4 LR atty's lasted a total of about 8 weeks (Heaven Gifts.) 2 weeks per.$5 each. Joye brand. (Used on an eGo.)

I just got a bunch of the $3 LR's from Eastmall and the first one is still going after 3 weeks.

This is not to imply that the Eastmall ones are better, because I now know not to let them become even a little bit dry ! But it is some indication that the Eastmall ones are at least OK, so why pay more ? And they MAY be better.

After you try LR you probably won't go back. Anything else is like sucking air, as many have said !

LR's are the way to go at 3.7V ... at least till there are more variable voltage devices out there...

I'm on a second batch.. my first round in June I bought 3 Joye 1.5 LR's ... two of them are still working great and the one I ruined was because I forgot to change the atty when I went up to 6V and did a dry burn.....

About a month ago I ordered a 10 pack that were manufactured by a company called Beauway. 4 of the 10 have already popped. I got them at a reasonable price but knew when I bought them that they were not under warranty. I contacted my supplier who is quite reuputable, and they informed me that they would not be ordering from this company again.

Anyone have experience with DSE or SLB?
I am thinking of starting a co-op for SLBs.

I also ordered only one to try out. I'm vaping it on a eGo with Freedomsmokesusa RY4 at 36 mg. WooHoo!!!:2cool:

Where can I get the EM LR's fro 3 bucks? I found them at 5.95. 3.00 sounds a lot better.

someone told me that with the PureSmoker V-3 I have coming this week to give the 2.0 ohm atty's a try at the full 3.7volt.
Opinions?

Mike

Congrats on your V3-

That'll be OK, definitely better than a standard atty, but a bit on the low side. I use my V3 at 3.7V with the 1.5 ohm joye's that I bought from PureSmoker in June....at 3.7V with a 1.5 atty you should be pushing about 9.1 Watts, with a 2 ohm atty you are at 6.8...

You should also try 3.5 and 4.2 ohms with the 6V set up....
