LR carto requires a lower voltage to run it as compare to a standard carto.

Main diff is if u prefer cooler or warmer vapor. HV usually gives warmer vapor.

With all the VV mods ard I'm not sure whether LR SR HR still matters anot. Just wack and VV until u happy.
