low TH from 510 cartomizers

I believe the carts I have are the joye ones. I've got one of them filled up with PB cookie. Its still tastes great and I get a ton of vapor but the throat hit is pretty much absent. I don't feel anything in my throat. I don't see how its doing this because the same juice has a decent TH on all my attys

Cartos are entirely different from attys and can affect your juice in several ways, TH being one of them. There could also be a difference in the resistance of the attys you're using and the cartos, which is going to affect TH.

I've got CE2 XL cartos and a MAP tank mod that uses CE2 XL carto guts - they take a regular CE2 carto and cut it down to use the insides stuffed into a larger tank. Using the same juice and the same resistance and the same structure, I get a totally different experience between a carto and my MAP tank. The menthol I had to beef up (add menthol crystals) to get satisfaction is way too strong and too menthol in my tank. The green apple I could barely taste in my carto is incredible in my MAP tank. As the first vapor hits my tongue there's a cool, tart flavor, just like biting into a good Granny Smith apple.

Changing hardware format means a different experience with your juice.

Absolutely different. I could never find cartos that were satisfactory, particularly after getting used to LR atomizers. LR carotmizers were a little better, but still didn't satisfy completely. It wasn't until I tried regular resistance cartomizers at 5V and now especially at 4.4 volts that I really have found great Th and flavor with them.
