When I first started vaping I started at 18 mg and over a course of 2 years I am now at 3 mg. I recently received a free sample of 12 mg and the throat hit hit me like a ton of bricks! I can't believe that I use to vape at that level.

And I remember in the beginning the throat hit is all that mattered to me..now I find I really don't like it...go figure. I have a couple of Kayfuns and the throat hit is really strong even with 3 mg nic. So I recommend this to anyone wanting to lower their nic but not wanting to lose that throat hit.

Same here. Just did my drop from 6 to 3 and find I actually enjoy the Flavors and the vape itself even more.

I still have several bottles of higher nic I need to use up. the 6mg is not so bad but I still have a few 9mg and 12mg that will take a while.........or maybe I'll gift them to a new vaper.

I just went from 6mg down to 3. Almost no difference for me in my kfl. This is a good thing for me since I have every intention of cutting out the nicotine all together. I just tried some 0mg creme brule from nicoticket. Almost no throat hit at all, great flavor on 5 days of steeping doesn't feel like it's "missing" anything, yet.

to ya. I am still on the same that I started but that's ok because I have no plan to lower it. That is what is so wonderful about vaping......make it your own. Good luck to ya and happy vaping. :)

I use 18mg, i only use RDAs and Genesis atomizers. I run dual coils and quad coils, anywhere from .4 ohm - .8 in my RDAs. In my Genesis tanks I run single coil mesh wicks at .8 ohm - 1.2 ohm. I get the best flavor from my 18mg nic, i gotta have my flavor. i dont care about throat hit at all. i dont cloud chase or try to get huge vapor, i mean i blow good clouds but i am happy with decent thick flavor vapor. flavor being the key aspect, i like that flavor that you can chew on. i cant wait for my SAT 22, Silver Dog and Silver Fox..... hurry please thanks!

I wish Mountain Oak Vapors would have something lower then a 9 mg level. I know I could cut it but it messes up the flavor. I miss Applewood and Paradise. I bug them every now and then about doing it.

I wish mountain oak would do something between 9 and 18. I love that happy farmer.

When I first smoked regular cigarettes, it was like my lungs burned with relief. But when I first vaped ecigs, it was like a fire exhaust with much greater relief. I have only gone down from 36mg to 16mg. Only went down 'cause I felt it was too much for me and gave me headaches on beginning experiences.

This is my philosophy: some people are deadly allergic to peanuts and some people need nicotine or whatever. I believe I need nicotine. Everyone is different.

I tend to wonder what people who have already ended their lives unless introduced to nicotine or what-have-you. We are all different to some degree. A small degree, but big too many to a some of a lot.

I've also have likened the thought to evolution; maybe we'll someday evolve to adapt to our current poisons. Like d-con green candy. Love that stuff.

This might lead to me having to make a decision at some point. You see I'm one of those strange few who like to use cig-a-likes! I've recently moved from big batts with mini-PT-2s on top to V2s with the smallest battery - strange right. I'm only able to do this due to using 'big-gun' equipment first of course.

So it's meant a drop in the nic whilst still using 2.4%; this translates to a drop in throat hit too of course.

So the decision will be whether to continue with the V2s at nic levels that give at least some hit, or change back to the big guns and be able to lower the nic.
