lr atty sticky post?

i noticed the forum is now posting the battery warning for mods. is there going to be a sticky fyi saying that newbies should know an lr atty might tax their newly bought batteries? it seams like most of us newbies would not know this and some suppliers actually put lr batteries in their start up kits. Thoughts???

I get but wouldn't it be better to use the LR and The Ego just so you get a greater experience overall. I have been using LR now for 2 weeks and I think my batts are dying in about at least 25 percent sooner. For me though they still last all day and I charge every night and pop on a new one.
