LR carto on lavatube

So I know all the business about the lavatube regulating the voltage to where it needs to be in order to safely vape on it, but most of the discussion I have seen is based off of DC cartos. I ordered 10 3 ohm boges and 5 2 ohm boges to use on my lavatube but am worried now with what I have read. How far will I be able to take the voltage on these 2 ohm cartos without regulation?

The 3ohm will get you the full range.
The 2ohm will cut off about 5V

I just did a quick test. Fresh AW bat, 2ohm carto, with an inline volt meter the LT limited at 4.7V under load. That is a tad over 11 watts, plenty for most.

Edit: just ran the same test witha carto that metered 2.7 ohms. LT limited at 5.5 V. under load. A tad over 11 watts. It seems the wattage is the limiting factor?
