I bought some LR carts for my 501/Ego. I filled them and connected them but nothing is happening. Are they duds or am I doing something wrong. They have the brass hardware as opposed to the silver that the regular 510 carts have if that makes a difference.

did you try them all? Check them with a multi meter? I assume you took the cap off and dripped onto the filler (~15 drops or so for standard carto). Check center connection it may be recessed and not making contact
