low resistance is just simulating high voltage, it's not the same to me, using an HR atty at 6v gives you better battery life as well as tasting better IMO.
There is a difference I like both although at 6 or 7.4 volt the vap is much hotter TH much bigger. The down side is you use more juice and some jucies don't hold up to the higher voltages. It's trail & error as to what works best. there is also a difference bewteen the atty's at higher voltage 510, 901, 801 and the taste that come with them .
Used both, and IMO LR on a true 3.7 device (not an ego/riva) is better. it's all about how many watts you're outputting, someone can probably explain it better than me though.
Yes it's the power (watts) which is important, and this mainly determines how hot the atomizer runs. This is a result of voltage and atomiser resistance. See this table for the wattage of some common atomizers at various battery voltages - http://img694.imageshack.us/img694/469/wattage.png
I've realized that production on all the lr 510's i've tried is lacking vs. the standard atties that can be used on high voltage devices. LR's die quicker, are leakyer, have stiff draws, and flood easily. Standard atties I've had have been built much better.
LR 801's and 901's however have been awsome and enjoyable.
