LT cutting out

I just got a LT from the classies. I accidentally got some Lowdrain batteries for it. When I'm vaping if I turn the voltage up past 3.7 and hit it a few times it cuts out. If I turn it down below 3.7 it will hit for a bit before cutting out again. The display blinks when its cutting in and out.

Is this because of the batteries?

Same thing happens with mine. I bought some IMR high drains, and it works like a charm....
