Lube your threads?

I don't put any kind of lubrication or noalox on my threads as I believe it promotes the build up of dirt and grime. That being said, I believe that atomizers get stuck on mods not in the threads but because the bottom of the atomizer is screwed on too tightly to the mod's top cap. One good trick that I sometimes use is to put a dab of Vasoline on the top cap of my mod or bottom of the atomizer as it helps to prevent binding.

You shouldn't have to apply any lubricant to 510 threading. What you can do is keep it clean and polished. I like to use polishing cloths for the threading. Cape Cod cloths are pretty popular, but are scented if that bothers you. I use one that is marketed toward vape gear, although I hear it's pretty much the same thing.
