LUC 4 Bay vs nitecore digicharger d4

I'm looking to order one today buy I'd like to know if one or both are actually better than my old school d4. Do these charge 4 independently together?
Will they bring back an over discharged battery?
Is one better than the other?
Is there something I can get, 4 bays, for $30?

I have the LUC v2. And a Nitecore I4. The LUC is a good charger. The sliders are much nicer than the cheap feeling Nitecore. It charges a bit faster than the Nitecore also.

I don't think the LUC is worth the money they go for however.

The xtar VP charger is close to the same price and a way better device.

Other than the screen on the D4, it is basically the same charger as the I4. Same charge circuitry and chipset.

The LUC will charge a battery that has been discharged below 3v whereas the D4 will not.

It will not "save" a battery discharged extremely low like an xtar will however.

OK so I need 4 bays, I'm looking at the xtar xp4, for under $40, has anyone had good, or bad experience with this one?
I'm trying to figure out if it charges 18650's..

Xstar xp4 panzer I found for just under 40 bucks, charges 650's and will bring back a couple of my over discharged vtcs... Hopefully.
