gpc,

Well - St. George, Hot, and growing like a weed.

I have used hot water for the expedited steeping but the rice thing sounds much better and doesn't destroy the labels. I have been porting my juices to glass bottles lately so I don't have to worry about melting plastic.

This steeping thing... A real pain in the backside. Also I have found some juices change a lot some not so much... kind of like a crap shoot.
That said I have had some that the change was from complete junk to absolutely great after about a month.

I have been thinking about trying heat and high speed stirring to expedite the steep time. The local kitchen supply shop sells a gadget to create a froth on a cup of mocha and it is pretty cheap - just a thought.

Sorry, I am rambling, still on my first cup of coffee.
you could always get unbreakable bottles and just toss them in the dryer. lol I'd make sure not to put a dryer sheet in with them, I don't think static cling will be an issue.

I like that idea, except have you ever dried a pair of tennis shoes in the dryer... My TV won't go high enough to drown out the noise.

I was distracted and never went to the Kitchen Tool Shop (actually Bed and Bath) to pick up that high speed blender. It is a battery powered device and the stirring tool won't fit into my bottles which is why I didn't pick it up when I first saw it.

Actually now that Lucky-7 is around I may give up on the high speed blender idea. With their 120 ml bottles the juice will be "Naturally Steeped" by the time I get a fourth of the way thru one bottle and I have about six bottles (actually more than 6 but I am embarrassed to say how many).

My biggest problem now is when I open the cabinet I am overwhelmed with the choices in front of me... well lets see what to vape today. There is just no end to the vaping problems (thanks Lucky-7 for making my life so difficult).

"Awaiting shipment" :) stoked

a bad day at the track is better than a day of not running at all

I've been "awaiting shipment" as well:facepalm: I guess I should be happy...but!, I placed an order with The Vape Mall and my order shipped after just placing the order this morning!

Not trying to turn this into a different vendors post...but in comparing the 2, customer service doesn't even compare. Brian @ the Vape Mall is the man. Again helped me fix an order I added way to much flavor too and so far the juice is very good (the 30/70VG I ordered and didn't add flavor).

You can make the argument that by the time I get lucky7's juice it won't have to steep...even so, I rather it steep at my place then sit at theirs. I ordered 6 different flavors and have 4 others coming from the vape mall which I'll review in a separate post eventually. If anyone wants juice sent to them in 2-4 business days at almost the same price (free shipping on $35 or more)...I suggest checking it out. I'd love to see some other peoples opinions comparing the 2 juices.

Still excited to try Lucky 7 as people seem to love the juice...just a little long of a wait after they said orders will be processed faster (according to their facebook page "1-3 business days not weeks") If I didn't have juice to hold me over I'd be on edge right now simply waiting for them lol :vapor:

Have a great night peeps! ...and someone compare these two companies and juices for me!! :p

You posted on the Lucky 7 thread to say you didn't order from Lucky 7 .... interesting ... and your reasonimg is that you read some posts that complained about long delivery times .... interesting ..... just how long do you steep your Mt. Baker juices after they are so quickly delivered???

I'm not knocking Mt. Baker ... they were my "go-to" juice supplier, so I know how good their stuff is ... and how long their juice need to be steeped, which makes 10 day delivery vs. a 4 day delivery pretty much a moot point. I still prefer Mt. Baker Butter Scotch to Lucky 7's, so I'll continue ordering it from them ... but all my other juice will come from Lucky 7.

I'm just trying to say, you should let the posts that talk about the quality of the juice sway your decision to order or not ... and you shouldn't be bothered by the posts complaining about taking twice as long to deliver that juice.

Every company has their cheer leaders.;) Remember the cheer leaders in the sale thread that never ordered. :D Took 2 weeks to get my MBV order and didn't much like it. Ben sitting about 3 months now.

Anyway I have made 2 orders from Lucky7. One before the sale and one during. For the price you can't beat it. I have not gotten any thing from Lucky7 yet that I can't vape. As soon as I knock down some of these 120 ml bottles I'll order more.

BTW am I the only one that buys 120 ml to sample?

lol I don't know...120ml doesn't sound like sampling to me :p. Thats go big or go home if you don't like the flavor. But if the price is right...I could definitely see myself doing that. My girlfriend keeps telling me...Just order the flavors you know you like. Whats the fun in that though! Variety is the spice of life and you never know if you'll find a new "favorite". If I didn't have much juice on hand and you like lucky 7...I'd say order the 120's... then by the time your out...your next order might be there :D Maybe this long processing and shipping thing is a marketing ploy of theirs (people will order large quantities so they won't mind waiting for the next order)...I'm joking of course :2cool:

Absolutely not - who could pass up the 120 ml price, even if I don't like it and I haven't found one yet, I could always give it to a friend and make them think I am a hi-roller. :)

I find it "interesting" that you take exception to my post expressing my opinion in what I thought was a reasonable tone. I was not aware that opinions are forbidden in this thread unless they are your opinions.

Since you are "interested", I'm one of those people who doesn't steep my juice, and find it quite nice and ready to vape when it arrives. With that in mind, it does make a difference to me when a vendor takes an abnormally long time to process and ship orders. On the off chance there may be another person who also feels that way, I thought my opinion about it might be worthwhile.

And thank you ever so much for straightening me out about my decision making process. I had no idea how flawed it was. Thanks also for the helpful tip about which posts should or should not bother me.

Had plenty of juice on hand before I ordered. lol I buy from many places and diy. I, for the most part, stick to the fruits, berries and drinks. Kind of hard to screw those up (although some do). Most of the time you can jack them around with diy if you need too. Only L7 I change is I have one bottle of berry blast that I raise nic up to vape at work. 24 mg just don't cut when you only get a few hits every 2 to 3 hrs.

Before Lucky7, I was paying $16 for 120 ml. That place has more than doubled their price so I go elsewhere.

I have tried lots of fancy label, high dollar juice and most of the time find it not worth the price difference (but you know how taste is). When I quit smoking (been 41 weeks now), I spent over $600 the first month just on juice trying to find what I thought would keep me off cigs.

If I don't like it I give it away or sell it. Can't believe what people pay for juice at B&Ms (never been in one).

Received my first order from Lucky 7 on Tuesday. I too ordered 120ml bottles of juice I have NEVER tried. I just couldn't get around the price. I was going to DIY but their pricing changed my mind. I have Grape Candy and Sour Apple. I ordered just before they added options for flavor shots. Like both juices ( I only ordered juices that had good reviews ) as I tend to only like the fruits. I guess if I like the fruits, I would probably like the drinks.

Ecto Cooler with 1 xtra flavor shot from MBV is my favorite so far, so I will try Lucky 7 Ecto next. What is a really juicy flavor like Ecto...any Lucky 7 suggestions? I am going to place another order today or tomorrow.

No Bugg .... I don't take "exception" to your post ... I just found your reasoning process for not ordering was interesting is all, and opinions are always welcome in a juice discussion thread, that's how customers get help on which juices they may or may not want to try ... or which juices may fit into their taste profile.

I'm not as lucky as you in that even though I enjoy MBV juices, I've always found they needed a few weeks steeping time before I found them vapable. I have always thought of that as kind of like the price of admission .... If I want to vape MBV juice, I need to steep it ... no big deal, it is what it is. I look at Lucky 7's delivery times the same way, it's the price of admission, I know going in, that it's going to take somewhere around 10 days to get my juice .... sometimes a little faster ... sometimes a little slower ... but it is what it is. The juice will always get here and as a plus for me at least, it's vapable right out of the mail.

I'm not the "post police" or a moderator, so I never ever take "exception" to somebodies posts, but that doesn't mean that I can't find some posts "curious". You have no doubt seen me post on MBV threads (if you haven't, ask the old regulars, they'll remember me) you will never see me on an MBV thread saying I now order the majority of juice from Lucky 7 because they don't need to be steeped. You may see me post about my favorite MBV flavors, maybe see me post about my "steeping rituals", may see me give opinions about optimum steep times for specific MBV flavors.

I guess what I'm trying to say is if we have something to say about MBV juices we should say it in the MBV juice discussion thread ... if we have something to say about Lucky 7 juices we should say it in the Lucky 7 juice discussion thread ... if we have a problem with how either company is structured or run, maybe it belongs in the appropriate suppliers section thread.

Just wondering... has anyone heard anything lately. Mine had been awaiting shipment for a few days now... Sent them an email and haven't heard back. I'll sit and be patient but just curious how long peoples orders have sat on "awaiting shipment" in the past. On their Facebook someone stated they haven been waiting for 2 weeks and can't get a response back... That person sounds pisssssed lol.

Buggainok, Lucky 7 is in Norman. Shipping should be pretty quick.

Yes, I went back to their website and saw that they are located in Norman OK! I'm in Oklahoma City, about a 45 min. drive from there on the interstate. Maybe I should just drive down and pick up some juice!:)

I got the feeling from reading the comments on FB that the actual shipping time isn't the problem, but processing the orders and getting them ready to ship. It sounds like they have just been overwhelmed with orders and are really trying to catch up. One post said their crew was pulling all-nighters.:)

I am still a little new and just venturing to online. I just did my 1st with lucky seven. I go to the B&M still because I like to try before I buy and am wiling to spend alittle more. But I do admit I have a couple of bottles that I can't vape because they are way too menthol which at first seemed nice until my head wouldnt stop draining. May try mixing them with something else.
