During the two weeks I start with shacking vigorously then put on the shelf for two days with the lid off (and if you have small bottles take out the drip tip)....

...As far as taste almost all brands and flavors are weekish to me

I'm no chemist but won't your juice be weak if you take the lids off for 2 days? I'd think a lot of the flavor would just evaporate.

Why is this place so cheap?

Sent from my VS980 4G using Tapatalk

My guess is because they are new and want to capture a significant portion of the market. Also according to their owner it is their long term strategy to supply juice at the most affordable prices possible.

Sort of the McDonalds business model of the juice world.

I find their juice to be very good, the price is attractive and suits my pocket book. Pretty good business strategy IMHO.

I don't know. I am on my second tank of Camel and I am liking it a lot. So much so that I am going to order another 120 ml. If it takes two weeks like last time, so what, it's not like I'm going to run out anytime soon. I am going to just look at it like they are steeping it a bit for me. I had a sip of their Coffee and it is very good but is still resting and sniffed the 120ml of banana nut bread again today but I am going to let that rest for a couple more days. I have smoked for 50 years both cigs and cigars so my taste buds are not as fine tuned as some others on here are, that is for sure, but for the most part they still work.

We sound a lot alike :) I smoked for more than 55 years and the L7 Camel is one of my favorites too. A word of caution, don't let that Banana Nut Bread sit too long!!! That Nut Bread is delicious and once you try it, my guess is you will keep a tank full.

KODIAK,

A lot of flavorings have an Alcohol component that can make a juice taste harsh. The open bottle in my subjective view allows some of the alcohol to evaporate. I really don't think the flavor evaporates off because it binds its self to the PG.

Anyway the truth be know I follow that procedure because you can find a gazillion references to this procedure on this forum and others. Also you can find this procedure claim as the method used by vendors that sell Pre-Steeped juice.

In the beginning (gee - sounds like Genesis) I didn't believe in the whole steeping thing until I bought some juice that out of the mail box tasted like poo-poo. For some reason I didn't pitch it as I normally did and forgot I had it on the shelf. About a month later I was cleaning up my stash found the bottle hiding in the back and thought I would try it just to see if it was as bad as I remembered.

OK - you guessed the answer. It had changed so dramatically I was totally amazed. The poo-poo changed to ambrosia. And no I didn't do the open top on it and it still steeped well. So I figured if the old timers were right about the steep they must be right about the open bottle too.

I find things sweeter than most people do because I follow a low-carb regimen and don't eat much processed food...that's most likely the difference. In fact, my favorite juices are super-sour lemondade blends, but I wanted to try some sweeter juices so as to not OD on the sours. But I'm glad you said the Kahlua & Cream will get better with age! I will probably end up adding a few drops to a very intense Kona coffee I got elsewhere.

Yes. I've read all the steeping anecdotes. Methods seem to be all over the place but everyone at least agrees on "time". I too have had juice on delivery that was crap only to find it had aged quite "tastefully" after a month or so. Go figure.

Thanks for the schooling my friend. :)

Order #3149 for me placed March 23. No action yet after a week. Anyone close to my number have theirs shipped? Also, don't make me search this entire thread but is a lot of steeping needed for lucky7 juices?

I really want to make L7 work as my one stop shop for both pre-mixed and DIY supplies.
I'm ORDER #3284 I ordered on March 28th and shows order is marked as Awaiting Fulfillment. I ordered 19 different flavors so hopefully that doesn't make the wait too long.

Penny, No quote... my feelings are hurt. ;)

For what it is worth the mixing down of flavors is something that is done fairly often by those in the know but seldom talked about, almost like it is an insiders secret. I'll bet if you the Kona is strong and maybe a little bitter mixing with the Kahlua might work pretty well.

As far as the low carb diet - I know exactly what you are talking about. When I did that diet (it worked well) but boy did sweet things taste sweet and I won't even mention the cravings for sweet things I had and some of the silly things I did when overwhelmed by the desire for something sweet.

Most of the L7 juices I can vape straight out of the mail box... the Kahlua not so much. But a few weeks made a big improvement.

Hey Joeh!

Ok, let's do some math...

There are 133 orders between you and I... over a period of 5 days. That means Lucky7 is averaging about 26 orders per day. Filling 26 a day doesn't sound too strenuous but what the hell do I know about the juice business?

I think everyone is just caught up in the RY4 mishap I've been reading about. No matter. If Lucky7 is a keeper I'll just order way ahead of time from now on.

I really hope they get their speed up, this is my first time trying them. couldn't pass of their prices. But I agree if they are slow I will have to order well in advance of needing juice.

I ordered on the 19th and got my order today. I gave them all a good shake and burped them. Now I have them sitting in a box with caps off till tomorrow morning. I tried berry blast and banana nut bread straight out of the mail and they are great! I got all mine 6mg 50\50 with 2 flavor shots. I'm liking the banana bread! I'll let you know how the others are as I try them. Vanilla bean icecream, cappuccino, chocolate almond coconut, and ry4.....

did you choose USPS rather than UPS? i did. the last 2 orders went UPS and took a week. USPS usually does better. we shall see. i`m not in a hurry to get my juice as i have plenty on hand, i`m curious which shipping method is faster.

My order is shipping USPS, I don't remember if I had a choice. USPS usually does real well I often get things in 2 days from California.

Thanks guys!! I appreciate that Chris reached out to me... That's all his customers want! He should have some type of news feed on his website to post information like this. I'm sure 1,000 plus inquires about orders a day is not helping speed anything up....which is leading to disgruntled customers. If something out of the ordinary occurs, let your peeps know so they don't get all crazy. Some type of message system on the site would get rid of sooo many messages for the guy....maybe what order number they are
up to as well?

I need a birthday cake vape juice for my 29th this Sunday :p:D

My 50th was 3/10 and FWIW I am still waiting on some pieces that are moving and should have been "on time" for my birthday.

Not just my juices either... been a weird year so far for shipping... one Christmas present that showed delivered and never made it to our actual post box, just arrived this week, long after it's replacement had arrived.

Let me copy the content from the other Lucky 7 thread.

Ok, so got my order today. Let me list the flavors I ordered first, all 12 mg :

Cinnamon Red Hots
Blueberry Menthol
Banana Blast
Sweet Watermelon
Berry Blast

Now let me also clarify that these are the first juices I have ever tried besides Hangsen and Dekang, which are to me quite ....ty. I am still awaiting to be bowled over by Lucky 7's juices but these are still 1000's time better.

Now Blueberry Menthol, its quite good, I like it but the only thing missing is that it has no sweetness in it. With some sweetness these would have been perfect for me and I guess for a beginner like me, I would not have needed to look any further. Afterall I smoked the same brand of analog's for 15 years.

The second one I tried is Banana Blast, again miles better than Hangsen's Fruit Punch, Mango etc. Vapor and throat hit is quite good but I didnt quite get the blast of flavor. Have kept it for steeping, will get back to it in a week.

Havent tasted rest, would do so and report tomorrow.
Ok its time to update my thoughts for the rest of the flavors which I ordered.

Cinnamon Red Hots - Well its exactly as the name. Lots of flavor in this but it is hot even for me, being an Indian we are prepared for spicy but I didnt realise that red tot would mean RED HOT. Though the extra sweetener kind of balances the hotness. Though it definitely is not a ADV, its something to try once in a while. Btw when I ordered there were no Flavor shots available, so I do not think this needs any added flavor shots. Forgot to add its a tank cracker. My clearomiser is all smokey only after half tank.

Sweet Watermelon - Very good flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. Exhale is not quite minty or menthol but still cool. I added just a hint of Blueberry Menthol in it and the flavor has gone out of the park. Some people might like to add the extra flavor shot.

Berry Blast - As the name suggests its a blast of different Berries with just the right amount of sweetness in it. Very good vapor and throat hit. Like it a lot. Tried this one as well with a hint of Blueberry Menthol ((few drops in a tankful ) and the resulting mix is again a ADV for me.

P.S. My suggestion for anyone ordering from Lucky 7 is to also add a bottle of sweetener and maybe menthol to mix and match.

P.S.2 I have not found a blow my mind juice from Lucky 7 BUT my mind was already blown with the prices, . I am having a very satisfying time by playing mix and match with different flavors. None of the flavors are unvapable (except for maybe Blueberry Menthol which to me is completely dry, and has to be added to sweet flavors to get the best out of them)

P.S.3 I have ordered all 120ml bottles, so would be using some of them alongwith steeping, will update if any of these flavors change.
