Separately though there's messages from the team
At the top of website if you go to My Account then View Messages, you get a personalized note for each order.
It may hold the key to solving this mystery.

I missed it.
Was at the dang doctor but I have lost 6lbs.(almost back to high school weight!!!), BP is down to 120/70, and he said he has never heard my lungs so clear.
I am now officially listed as a "former smoker". I guess I can live with all that since I do have another NT order coming tomorrow for my Halloween treat.
I find it is easier to leave off the snacks when I can vape them
