I am not sure I understand this need for air control valves and such to get a direct lung hit...

Seems to me, I use a protank 2... and all I do is not apply so much pressure with my upper lip -- let some air in during the toke and I can control the air intake easy enough by adjusting my upper lip....more air? - raise upper lip slightly... less air, tighten upper lip.

Why again would I need a knob to turn? When I do it the way I described above, the vapor goes directly into my lungs?

What am I missing here?

The Nautilus is on my list! :) and the A7 ... and the Kayfun or Russian 91.... then who knows.. some kind of vapor mask that goes over my mouth and nose like a gas mask! :)

Thanks for at least trying it and not bashing me for asking! :)

so.... I am missing out on something... huh? .... damn....
No bashing needed! We're all vapers here, right?:D I'm pretty new to this too, so it was a valid question, and I had to see if you where on to something..

I hope you'll like the nautilus, I think it's one of the best tanks out there. Even though I'm a n00b, I've gone thru my share of clearomizers, both top and bottom coils, and the two I find myself using on a daily basis is the nautilus and the iclear 30b. I have a russian 91 on the way from china, and if it is as good as it's made out to be, I'm guessing that'll be my main tank.
