I've been using one of these little buggers for about a week now, so I thought I would share my experience.

Kit Contents:

1x Atomizer
2x Battery
Charger/cable
Pack of Cartridges (black)

Price: $46.95 + Shipping
LITECIG USA

Also Reviewing Mlb Med. and Power Puff Med. carts for the m-401.

Packaging and Appearance:

This kit comes in a pretty standard looking white box...nothing special. Charger is pretty standard here as well. This ecig arrived in good condition, no apparent blemishes or mechanical/machined/electrical flaws. The definite appeal of this model comes in this area...how it looks. The finish on the batteries is a nice glossy black with a gold swirl/smoke design. It will definitely catch the eye of bystanders...I have had a ton of people ask about this one...it really looks unique. The visible parts of the atomizer have a very nice looking gold looking finish to it as well. Another thing I really like about this unit is the size, it really feels like holding an actual cigarette, which to me is a definite plus. The diameter is right, the weight is right, and the length is right. The visual design is good, and the physical dementions are great. At first use, I was a little scared to use it much, due to its lightweight and diminutive footprint...but it turns out to be solidly built.

Vapor Performance:

I was very skeptical here. My expectations were pretty low, so the after the initial charge and popping on a new cartridge, I decided to let this thing have it good on the first drag. It was like getting kicked in the mouth by a mule. I was shocked to say the least. I still can't believe this little tiny thing can put off so much vapor. It outperformed any and all expectations I had by a long shot. I would have to agree with others though, and state that although the performance is good, you won't the same levels as you would with a larger model. It is what it is...a small ecig. I found it does take a little bit of trial and error getting the right level of puff from this thing...too hard a draw too fast and it will annihilate you, too soft...and you get nothing. I found a long, medium strength pull will get good results. The atomizer also tends to get fairly warm during extended use, and since the atomizer/cart length is so short..you will get a hotter pull than from larger units. Could be a boon to smokers though, I've had others try larger units and complain of no heat to the vapor. I haven't tried any other ecigs in this category, so I don't really have a frame of reference, but overall I would say it performs well. I am pleased with it.

Battery Performance:

I found on average between the both batteries I get around 6 hours or so of moderate use. I tried to do a really intense stress test to see how long these things could go under heavy use, but the thing smoked me out every time I tried, I just couldn't keep vaping. I was getting sick from all the nicotine. That's a compliment to these batteries...I really wasn't expecting much run time, but for their size they keep up well. It's pretty obvious though, that these still can't keep up with the larger ecig batteries, but I think if you buy one of these super minis...you should expect some limitations.

Cartridge Flavor and Performance:

I liked both of the flavors I got for the M-401. The Mlb flavor, however, didn't really taste anything like the real Mlb, but it was pleasant. Slightly sweet with tobacco undertones. Not too bad at all. The power puff flavor I got I really like. Bright, bubbly and sweet...almost like cotton candy or bubblegum. My girlfriend (ex-smoker) reluctantly tried it and loved it. I won't go as far to say that its a "girly" flavor...but perhaps. The carts were marked ruyan on the sleeves...if that makes any difference. As far as cartridge life goes, it should come as no surprise that they really don't last as long as others...comes with the territory. When I was stress testing the batteries I was also keeping track of carts as well...the fastest I was able to go through one was about 1 hr 45 min....didn't feel very good afterwards, so I wouldn't recommend it. On average I would say 2 m401 carts are the equivalent of 1 Janty Yentl cart, but that's just a guesstimate, as I don't have the stuff to actually measure it out. I did refill a couple of carts, with success...but it takes a very small amount..otherwise you get a mouthful of liquid.

There's an old saying that big things come in small packages, and I think this product definitely qualifies. It shattered my expectations for super mini ecigs. I definitely wouldn't use it as a full on mainstay, but it would be excellent for trips out. If you are interested in trying out a smaller ecig, I would recommend this, as my experience with it has been pretty good overall. Once again, I am very pleased with product from Litecig.

I have the kissbox yentl, which to me is definitely a superior product, but also way more expensive. Battery and Cart life on the 401 is probably half that of the yentl...maybe 65%.... Vapor production is probably in the same range...maybe 70-75%. Possibly higher because I suppose it depends on how you smoke it; on a full hard drag it gave me more than enough for a solid hit, I never went the full time to the cutoff. The vaporizer on my yentl is getting old, so right now they are pretty neck and neck. A brand new or perfect functioning yentl will still beat it. For the price though...its a good deal in my opinion. I can't speak of longevity...since I've only had it for a week...but for the time I've had it, it has given rock solid performance with the right technique. I would say though..if you're going to pick one of these up..grab some eliquid if you don't have any on hand...refilling is a good idea especially with these...much more convenient than changing out carts. To me its the way to go with all ecigs...but much more so with the smaller ones. All in all, I think if you like your yentl..you'll like one of these.

No problem. I would say they are very similar devices, and if you didnt like the yentl...you probably wouldnt like this. Truth be told, I haven't touched my yentl since getting a 901 and the 401.

Rumor in Holland is that LITECIG and Janty are the same, so that would not surprise me.

LITESIG is selling janty devises without the janty name on it.
So in other words it's a generic Janty KISS jentl

m401 parts might fit dx sku.16050 and sku.14562 . sku.16051 is same design as carts that came with sku.14562 .

sku.16048 is different as you can see from the battery-atomizer joint. I believe this is ct-m402 derivate. m402 is still very new.
sku.16049 might still fit m401 etc and vice versa.
Anyway, let me know if you find m401 batteries or atomizers and I might give it a shot. Oh and ct-series(or ctm-series) seems to be made by factory named Smoore.

Generally I don't even take the time of day to sign up for a forum for the purpose of feedback, but this was just asking for it...

I came across the concept of these e-cigarettes last week, bought a junk one from ebay, then read Phil's post on a review.

I must say, I immediately purchased the 401 on a whim - and my god...

I just got back to work from my trip home to pick up the much anticipated package - smoked so much that I damn near made myself sick.

I'll second Phil on giving the 401 props for its capabilities.:thumb:
