Hi all, first post here, so i bought a m402/m403 s'moore, and i have a problem with one of the 2 atomizers:

- i've left it 5-10 minutes with a cart to get wet
- made a few ok vapor drags, then they smelled funny so i thought it was dry and let it rest wicking
- doesnt make any vapor anymore
- tried to blow out excess juice, none came out, left it to drain on towels, its completely
juiceless
- if i heat it up with a manual battery, it gets red and i can see the coils perfectly, however
it does take almost 2 seconds for it to get orange, twice as much as my other atty (works like a champ).

I tried to search but most of this is related to atty being clogged (mine is 1 day old),
or being flooded (mine's empty), or being dead (mine heats up), so what should i do now,
try to dab it around in boiling water for a few minutes, then let it dry, and try it again?

help :(

Have you tried saturating the bridge before you put the cart on, or dripping directly onto the coil?
The atomizer may be defective. I have had one atomizer that did not have the wicking fiber to wick the liquid from the mesh bridge to the coil. You may be able to see that on a 401. I don't know what would cause the slow fire. Since there is a distinct difference between 2 brand new atomizers, I think I would contact the supplier and ask them to swap it out.

I agree with contacting the supplier before you do anything else with it.
