I have just recieved my M401 e cig today. first of all when i put the battery in the charger it went red for only two minutes then went to green. I'm not sure if the batteries came fully charged or not. Also my first battery worked very well but when i attached the second one and took a drag it did not seem to produce any vapor at all. I'm thinkin the battery is dead or something? Any input would be great. Thanks.

If the light on the charger changes from red to green, then your good to go. I got my m401's batteries charged...somewhat. Try charging the second battery and see what happens. If the light on the charger stays red, then it is charging. Wait until it changes from red to green..fully charged.

From what I've found, not all batteries are created equal. I've got two batteries and one always seems to work better than the other. It will take some time to work out the different quirks between your batteries, atomizers and juice.

Good luck and congrats.

all the batteries are charged when they are made
they lose charge every day just sitting though

i have some slight problems with the 3 batteries i own too
2 are intellicig evo and 1 is an M401 [they are interchangable]
the m401 doesn't last as long as the evo
one of the pressure switches doesn't activate as well as the other 2 do
this technology is not foolproof
my desire to get off tobacco makes me overlook the little things

if your batteries do not work properly after trying to charge, use, charge again and use again, contact your supplier for replacement parts
most recommended suppliers here are good at that from all the posts i've read
