My first USB m401 passthrough was from a US vendor and cost $30 and lasted about a month. Now I get them direct from China for about $7, but they only seem to work a week or two at most. My first atz was from a US vendor in an e-cig kit and lasted 6weeks using it with batteries and the next ones that I bought cost a bunch , so I starting buying them from China. The first order seemed fine, but then they didn't last anywhere as long as my first one, but some of the last order are lasting as little as an hour! BUT, I'm using them with a USB and a Kennsington power supply. So... is the usb just more powerful and burning them out or are they just crap? Batteries only lasted me about 1 hour, so I obviously am vaping a LOT, which is why I went to USB! I also noticed that my first 30ml bottle of juice lasted well over a month, but now are lasting about 2 weeks tops, but it could be because the azt's are just not performing well. I feel that I have to drip 4-5 drops in the cartridge constantly to get a good vapor and sometimes that azt gets so hot that it almost burns my lips. Any others out there seeing this with their usb and atz? or am I just having hallucinations from vaping so much?

If there is such a disparity in quality between the ones you got from the US and China, my suspicion is that you bought cheap knock offs of Smoore products. The manufacturer of M401s (Smoore) has shared with me before that there are many imitations of their products in the market.

In fact, the first batches of M401 USB Passthroughs in the market was not even produced by them. It was produced by Sailebao, the maker of DSE series. It was built for the DSE401, which coincidentally fits the M401 completely. Since Sailebao generally sells their wares much cheaper than other manufacturers, i would not be surprised if some Chinese companies are passing off DSE parts as the original Smoore parts to make a better profit. This is pretty common practice in China.

My USB Passthrough is working very well even after 2 months. The batteries and attys are debatable and arguable because their lifespan depends a lot on individual usage and sometimes, luck!

If you are a fan of Mseries ecigs like me, make it a point to order only from www.absolutelyecigs.com as you are guaranteed that they are genuine stuffs and are fresh off the production line. No old stocks guaranteed. I even get my liquid supply from them and the quality is the best i've bought from anywhere else prior.

Hope this helps.

Hello! New to the forum- I have a couple of questions regarding the Smoore 401 E Cigs.. Can you only purchase them made in China? Is there a place in the US to purchase an authentic Smoore? Im not sure which website to use and which to avoid.. I want to get the real deal though, as Ive heard the Smoore brand is the best to get! Any advice is appreciated!
