I have an M403, the brand is the Envy Bliss. I have found this little e cig to be a life saver and I can take it anywhere. I have not really been out in public with it though. I want to take it to my fav bar to see if they will let me do it there. I don't see why they wouldn't. This e cig is about the size of an analog and is discrete. They advertize it as the smallest e cig and most affordable on the market. I have not found anything to contridict that. Has anyone else? Who has tried the Envy brand? I am liking the amount of vapor it gives off, good TH. Tell me what you think!

The M403 is 84mm and there are some ecigs that are 72 and 73mm.

As far as " I don't see why they wouldn't." (let you vape in your favorite bar)... the reason that has been reported by others with the same idea is that the owner doesn's want smokers to think that it's ok to smoke in their bar - esp. if the owner could get fined if someone is caught smoking - usually the way that law works.

Don't know much about the M403.
The DSE102 is a mini and works pretty good. Has an auto battery that will fail if you get liquid in it. The NicoStick being a higher volt will drain the carts in no time at all because they are so small.
The best filler for it: Put a wee amount of buff puff foam on the bottom, then cut a length of coffee straw so it just about reaches the top--cut a slash out toward what you will call the bottom. Put it in the cart. Cut a piece of paper towel in a funnel shape. Twist the bottom to make a wick and put that part in the cart (after adding liquid) and the larger (cut the width of the opening) at the top in a double layer. Make sure the atty will press against the paper towel.
The foam at the bottom provides a little play with the straw when you press the atty on it.
You can use a syringe to refill. This seems to last the longest around here.

Have yet to try the cooking molding stuff at Hobby Lobby but it's in the plans.

My 1st e-cig. It let me quit a 2 pk/day for 30 yr habit. I use a 401 USB Passthru as my computer dipper. Works great. I have a 510, but at least 1 m401 goes with me in my case where ever I go. Works great for covert Vapes when I don't feel like explaining everything about not smoking. I will never be without my good old 401.

I agree. My atty works great. I was also a 2/pack a day smoker for many years and have quit finally. I was happy to find my Envy. I have heard a lot of good things about the 400 series, although a lot of people seem to have the 510. I am pretty particular though when it comes to size. I do not want one that is too big. The battery may last longer, but that is why I bought the PCC and I have several batteries.
