I am seriously thinking about switching to another type. I love the 402 that we have but if I keep losing batts after only a month OR LESS, I may as well go back to smoking analogs.
It seems that the switch goes bad.
easy to draw on and activate at first, but after a few times, it gets harder and harder to make it turn on.
I dont dip, I dont drip and I rarely overfill my carts. When I do, I try to soak up as much as I can from inside the bat with a kleenex in the breather. I dont get much very often.
I have emailed Smoore, I have emailed my suppliers - word up and litecig - both of which have been more then helpful.
But I am getting tired of it.
if anyone has anything that might help, I am all ears.

East coast.
I have a m403, which have a smaller batt, but I haven't been vaping very long at all and haven't had time for one to completely go kaput yet.

However, I've already ordered a Chuck (ridiculous amounts of battery life) and a couple of 510 eGo kits because the batt on the m403 only stays charged a little less than a day (including dormant/non-active spans of time).

I do like my 403 and I think it is GREAT AS A STARTER PV, but I feel that it doesn't have the power behind it that I want from a PV as I have decided that I enjoy vaping enough to get something more energy efficient and sturdier. My m403 will be donated to my roommate who is sadly still on analogs as soon as my new PVs (primarily the Chuck) come in the mail.

Sorry I didn't have much info for you, none of my batteries have died out yet.
