Mach Mod Question...

In general YES, the body of the mod is part of the conduction path.
I lack knowledge about electricity and circuits in general but... won't you get conducted yourself for "touching" and closed circuit? Or is the output to small for a human to feel at least a sensation.

Despite that, I've read everything about Ohm's law to safely make a DIY tube/altoid mod. But I still wonder... for tube mods, that is...

Path of least resistance. Mod itself conducts with less resistance than your hand to your foot, especially when wearing sneakers O_O
Not to mention in order to get electrocuted you have to complete the circuit, touching the outside of a mod will not complete the circuit. it has nothing to do with path of least resistance, unless I completely missed something with I believe I didn't.

To clear my current confusion... sooo lets say you fire your vape. It fires. That's a complete circuit right? But when you touch it, it's not complete?

Or are you trying to say the complete circuit inside the mod will not conduct a human as a running medium, hence not completing the circuit wit YOU but instead only within the mod?

I'm sorry, super confused right now. :(

Potentially yes you yourself could become the circuit, but that would mean you would be standing bare foot in a pool of water, thus grounded, yet in our application, voltage would have to be a bit higher, and maybe amperage as well. Technically look at the electrons in a mod flowing as an army of ants, which path you going to take most often, exploring down the long road to the ground (down your hand, arm, body, leg, to foot) or the shortest route back to the ant hill?? You have a valid point you do, but there are so many variables here in the circuits you are talking about, hertz the circuit works at compared to your hand and body, voltage, amperage, environment conditions, fillings in your teeth if metal, the list is long. Basically look at the battery in your mod as an aircraft carrier, the electrons moving through the coils and mod and circuit are F/A18 Hornet Fighters, the Hornet is going to return to its home aircraft carrier most times unless ordered to divert or need to divert, their patrol flight path with be the same most of the time, returning back home.

Holy .... dude... I actually understand what you're saying despite the length. Super appreciated man! Cleared a couple of my floating doubts and hesitations. Thank you!

only way you become part of the circuit is if you touch the bottom of the battery and the outer case of the mod while the + end of the battery is touching the + pin of the atty and a coil is installed in the atty... elsewise your body isnt carrying any load (current) and therefore not part of the working circuit....
