Agreed... If you already have an established base and can sell that type of volume. But if you're just starting out then you would probably only be running that type of set-up for about 4 hours a month....
Yeah, for an established company like Johnson's Creek, it might be worth looking into. You could possibly load 16 pumps with common flavors then store recipes in the software, and make various mixes with the push of a button. You would have to move bottles around, though. A mostly automated system would be complicated but possible. For someone making a few sales a week, it is overkill.
